Al-Jouf Cement Company signed a one-year sales contract with Tuwa Development Company for export to Syria and Palestine, valued at SAR 37.5 million, representing more than 14% of the company’s total revenue.

According to the latest audited financial statements, Al-Jouf Cement Company will sell all types of cement to Tuwa Development Company for export to the two countries during the contract period, which extends from November 30, 2025, to November 29, 2026.

The financial impact of the contract will be positive on the company’s financial statements from the fourth quarter of 2025 until the fourth quarter of 2026.
