Signing an export contract to sell Al-Jouf Cement Company’s cement products of all types and clinker for export to Syria with Abdul-Ilah Bin Abdul-Rahman Al-Hussein & Partner Transport Company.
An export contract was signed between Al-Jouf Cement Company and Abdulilah Bin Abdulrahman Al-Hussain & Partners for Transportation, for the sale of all types of cement and clinker for export to Syria.
The contract is valued at approximately SAR 24.19 million, representing over 9% of the company’s total revenue according to the latest audited financial statements. The contract was signed on November 16, 2025.
The contract extends for one calendar year, from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026. The financial impact will be positive on the company’s financial statements from the fourth quarter of 2025 to the fourth quarter of 2026.
